Tuition & Policies
Tuition at The Dance Academy is calculated for the full dance season, which runs August to May. Tuition rates are based on the length of class time and billed monthly for the 10 month season. The payments are processed on the 1st of each month using our automated billing system GoMotion, using the card on file. All tuition payments are non-refundable and remain the same each month, regardless of the dancer's attendance.
​Each class requires one recital costume for the end of the year performance. Costume pricing and due dates are provided below.

Families with more than one child enrolled receive a 10% discount on the additional children's monthly tuition.

Studio Policies
Withdrawal policy:
A 30 day written notice is required to withdraw from any class or from the studio. Please note, even with written notice of withdrawal, Parents are responsible for all charges through the 30 day period. No refunds or credits will be given for Costumes once orders have been placed, or recital fees if already billed.
Attendance + Make Up Classes:
Regular attendance is essential for progress. Please email the studio to inform your child’s teacher of any absences. Missed classes are encouraged to be made up in an equal or lower level class but will not be prorated, discounted, or refunded. Any class is subject to be merged or canceled due to poor attendance at the directors discretion. Company members - please see the company contract for further information regarding attendance. Notify Olivia Bell if an absence will/has occurred.
Dress Code:
Please see Dress Code under the Class Information section on our Website. ​ If student consistently attends class without proper attire & shoes- TDA staff maintains the right to ask the student to observe the class.
