From strength and flexibility training to mastering leaps and turns needs for competition, this class is designed to strengthen the core elements every dancer needs to reach their full potential. Through focused training in flexibility, balance, conditioning, leaps, and turns, dancers develop proper alignment, control and endurance. This class emphasizes clean technique, injury prevention, and the power behind the movement - building the strength and precision that translates to every style of dance.
